Guarantee and Terms of Service

G3 Guides' guarantee is simple. Delivery of the publications is guaranteed or you ("the buyer") will not be asked to pay or you will receive any money already paid back. You or your organization are at no risk ordering from G3.

G3 shall not be responsible for any mistakes in delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer. No other warranty is implied or should be inferred.

G3 reserves the right to reject orders that do not appear to be from legitimate sources.

G3 charges 9.25% sales tax to buyers in Tennessee unless buyers provide documentation showing that they are tax exempt government or non-profit organizations. Such documentation must be provided within 14 working days or ordering and shipments to organizations claiming tax exemption will not be made until documentation is received.

Any disputes between buyers and from G3 will be resolved by binding arbitration with an arbitrator of G3's choice. Such arbitrator shall be a professional in the field for at least five years and shall be instructed to issue a fair conclusion, without any favoritism to any party. The entity losing the arbitration will be responsible for all expenses related to it. Under no circumstances will the buyers sue G3; A3 Creative Group, LLC; or either entities' officers, partners, or employees.
